4 Fat Quarters + 3 Day weekend = 1 kitty wallhanging
I took advantage of our long weekend to make a new wallhanging for our front door. The summer one will be unseasonal very soon. I'm not sure if this is a doll quilt or a wallhanging? The 9 patches are 3 inches unfinished. I bought the fabric as an adorable bundle at a quilt show last year, and I just love the backing.
Happy Labor Day, everyone!

Very cute quilt. I really like the nine patch fabrics.
Could it be that you like cats? LOL
Love the cat fabric. Cute wall hanging.
The cat quilt is so cute. Good job!
Such a productive weekend, laboring on labor day! But I guess quilting isn't really labor. Looks great! Happy autumn -- but would you please tell the weatherman to look at the calendar and cool it down a bit?
super cute!! Love the kitties fabric!!
I have wondered about the difference between a doll quilt and a wall hanging too. Nine patch is one of my favorite blocks and I love the fabric.
Thanks for stopping by my blog...come again sometime, I would love to get to know you.
It is adorable and I just love the backing!
How precious! Great colors and of course, you can't go wrong with kitties!!!
I love the kitty wallhanging--even thought it's (OMG!) square!!!!
